mixed wet ingredients with a fork, mixture not uniform
mixed the wet ingredients with a wisk, mixture was uniform
submerged 1 slice of bread for 30 seconds, transferred bread and mixture to hot surface easily, bread remained firm and retained shape. mixture on surface only, mixture did not soak in well. changed appearance of bread.
submerged 1 slice of bread for 120 seconds, transferred bread and mixture to hot surface very difficultly, bread tore and didnt retain shape.
submerged 1 slice of bread for 60 seconds, transferred bread and mixture to hot surface easily, bread remained firm and retained shape. mixture soaked through and appearance of bread not significantly changed.
not enough solution for fourth slice of bread.

always use a wisk to mix the solution
soak each slice in solution for 60 seconds, turning at least once
cook on both sides for 120 seconds on high
