Laying down the law...AGAIN

Do we see a pattern here? I get fed up, I print out the grades, there is a family meeting, we lay down the law, things go along smoothly until it gets back to the underlying problem. He Don't Want to Work. Repeat. Today is day two of the cycle. He better get his work done.
